About The Position

We are seeking an Entry-Level Data Center Technician to support day-to-day data center operations in a high‑availability environment. This role focuses on server support, incident response, and infrastructure troubleshooting while adhering to strict safety, security, and change management standards.

Requirements

• Data center operations and server support
• Troubleshooting and incident response
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and data center layouts
• Fiber and copper cabling (installation, testing, labeling, and troubleshooting)
• Optics handling and cleaning best practices

Responsibilities

• Support data center operations and server hardware environments
• Respond to and resolve incidents and tickets within SLA
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for hardware, network, and infrastructure issues
• Escalate issues and coordinate with engineering and network teams as needed
• Work effectively under pressure in high‑availability environments
• Document procedures, incidents, and lessons learned
