This is a 24/7/365 position on-site in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves daily job duties such as hardware installation and decommission of enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure, fixing and repairing data center hardware and networking infrastructure within Service Level Agreements (SLA), and racking and stacking data center equipment. Responsibilities also include landing racks, cabling, powering up servers, handling daily work through internal tooling systems like JIRA and Confluence, performing problem-solving with some assistance, documenting activities, managing inventory, installing and fixing cables and patch panel systems, understanding local site requirements, providing handover reports, and participating in on-call emergency support. The role requires participation in training, support from senior team members, and exercising judgment within defined policies. The position involves working on problems of moderate scope and developing professional expertise.
