Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, and experience with start up/commissioning processes.
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and standard practices in the design and construction industry, including track design build processes and associated documents and agreement.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals
  • Knowledge of facility electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
  • Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including resource stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources), including near- and long-term objectives.
  • Determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making.
  • Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
