About The Position
This role involves working with advanced smart building controls and facility systems in a safety-first environment focused on long-term growth. Military technical training directly aligns with our operations, and we actively welcome military veterans with mechanical, electrical, or utility maintenance experience.
Requirements
- Commercial/Industrial HVAC background or equivalent military rating (Army 91C/12K, Air Force 3E1X1, Navy MM/UT highly preferred).
- Experience with heavy systems (chillers, boilers, hydronics, controls) and alignment/vibration diagnostics.
Nice To Haves
- Universal EPA certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, PMs, and repairs on commercial HVAC machinery, centrifugal chillers, air handlers, and digital control networks.
- Utilize laser alignment tools and vibration analysis systems to ensure peak operational performance.
- Serve as a key technical advisor for client accounts and mentor junior technicians.
