About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Center Security Shift Manager in Garland, TX. In this role, you will: Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk-based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security. Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers. Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management. Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers. Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security. Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ year of Leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in one of or a combination of the following: Military (Career/Military Police/Military Elite Forces), Law Enforcement (Police Academy Graduate), TSA security screening, Correctional Facility (Correction Officer), Documented, formal, leadership training through one of the disciplines or accredited university programs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm, Systems operations. (Lenel, Verint, Biometrics)
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures and handling emergency situations
  • Experience in crisis management communications
