Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
• Proficient computer/technology skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Willingness to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Conduct access control at security entrances/exits.
• Patrol client premises, both inside and outside, in various weather conditions.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or the scene of an incident during accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers and signage, and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site.
