About The Position
Securitas is hiring Data Center Security Officers. This role offers weekly pay, career growth opportunities with leadership roles, specialized training, and internal promotions. Employee referral bonuses are also available. This is a full-time position with all shifts available, and weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) are required. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Driver Certification.
- Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Observational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills preferred.
- Physically capable of sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess environments.
- Adhere to protocols and guidelines.
- Serve as the friendly face and first point of contact.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Perform basic computer tasks.
- Sit, stand, walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Be available for weekend shifts.
