Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in IT and 2 years of experience.
  • Desirable certifications: CCNA and/or A+.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor management.
  • Development and adherence to best practices in the data center (DC).
  • Technical assistance during internal and customer calls.
  • Developing hardware installation plans in the DC.
  • Escalating incidents to upper management.
  • Involvement in new business opportunities.
  • Investigation and implementation of new hardware technologies.
  • Managing hardware inventory and coordinating with vendors.
  • Analyzing trends for continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining and auditing the CMDB.
  • Supporting hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • 24/7/365 support.
  • Planning and executing hardware installations and changes in the data center.
  • Managing inventory and conducting audits.
  • Resolving technical issues and supporting clients and auditors.
