Data Center Operator I provides support, service, incident and problem management to ensure performance and availability of SLA/OLA's are being met. Assists to ensure maximum computer operations effectiveness, quality of work, reliable data communications service, and data security. You will be working to assist with monitoring, support, and tracking for all enterprise operational systems, corresponding software, operating systems, and peripherals. This role is Sunday-Thursday 11:15 PM to 8:00 AM. During your training, you will rotate through all shifts. While this is primarily a remote work position, at any point in time, Associate may be required to return to the office in a temporary or permanent role.
