Requirements

  • Hands-on HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in quality work.
  • Several years of experience working on commercial or industrial systems.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including alignment and vibration diagnostics.
  • Ability to clearly communicate what’s happening and why—both to teammates and customers.
  • Desire to keep learning, sharing knowledge, and represent the values of a company that puts customers and people first.
  • Hold a Universal EPA refrigerant license.
  • Open to travel as needed.
  • Participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices is required.
  • Must pass pre-hiring screening of JCI.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with building automation technologies.
  • Experience with laser alignment and vibration analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Handle everything from troubleshooting and repairs to full system installations on advanced commercial HVAC systems.
  • Work with a wide range of equipment, including chillers, compressors, pumps, rooftop units, and building automation systems.
  • Use modern tools like laser alignment and vibration analysis to get the job done right.
  • Serve as a trusted expert to customers—diagnosing issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring their systems run efficiently and reliably.
  • Collaborate with a strong team of professionals, sharing knowledge, supporting apprentices, and continuing to grow your own expertise.
