About The Position

This client-facing role protects and promotes the interests of Salute Mission Critical and the client, and serves as a technical expert in the site-specific SOW/SLA, which may cover security operations, data center operations, facility operations, or multi-skilled services. The position owns the maintenance program for critical facility systems, administers the CMMS and work-order lifecycle, and is accountable for site uptime and availability targets defined in the SOW/SLA. It ensures preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on schedule and reviews and approves operating procedures, gating work in the critical environment through MOP and risk review before execution.
