About The Position

Seeking Data Center Technicians with both inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) experience. This role includes 60% data center work and 40% fiber/OSP work supporting enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong cabling expertise (fiber & copper)
• Proven troubleshooting ability (ISP & OSP environments)
• Experience with project coordination and cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

• Windows 10 experience
• Data center hardware installation experience

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain data center hardware (servers, racks, network gear, PDUs)
• Perform structured cabling (fiber & copper: install, terminate, test)
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime
• Support cooling, power, and environmental systems
• Install and maintain outside plant infrastructure (fiber routes, conduits, cabling)
• Coordinate with vendors and teams; document installations
