About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and influential Senior Manager (M3) to lead inventory operations across a defined section of the Americas region ( East NAMER) during both the build and post-build sustainment phases of data center infrastructure. This role provides leadership oversight across multiple builds and live sites within the assigned geography, ensuring DCICM standards, policies, and best practices are implemented consistently and sustained beyond construction. The Senior Manager will guide managers and senior specialists, oversee 3PL performance within their region, and serve as the escalation point for high-impact inventory and logistics challenges. Reporting into the Global DCICM leader, this role ensures sub-regional execution is aligned to global strategy, while also tailoring solutions to local operational realities.
