About The Position

We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals for an Entry-Level Data Center Technician position. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with construction, trade, military, warehouse, manufacturing, or other physically demanding work experience who are looking to build a career in the rapidly growing data center industry. No prior data center experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training while supporting infrastructure installation projects in a large-scale data center environment.

Requirements

• Experience working in physically demanding environments, including but not limited to: Construction, Skilled trades, Military, Manufacturing, Warehouse operations, Landscaping, General labor
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to work outdoors during both hot and cold weather conditions
• Strong attendance history and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Nice To Haves

• Low-voltage cabling experience
• Cable pulling experience
• Electrical experience
• Telecommunications installation experience
• Military background
• Experience using hand and power tools

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, and organize fiber and copper cabling throughout the data center
• Assist with cable installation and pathway management
• Assemble, stack, mount, and secure equipment racks
• Scan, label, and document network equipment
• Support rack-and-stack activities and infrastructure deployments
• Work on ladders and lifts to complete installation tasks
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all site safety requirements and procedures
