About The Position

We are seeking a Low Voltage & Cabling SME Lead to serve as the senior field leader for low-voltage infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber, telecom, controls integration, and operational technology readiness for assigned campuses, buildings, or systems. This role provides hands-on leadership for critical digital infrastructure and controls scopes while coaching LV, controls, and cabling teams to improve installation quality, integration readiness, interoperability, startup execution, and operational reliability. The Low Voltage & Cabling SME Lead acts as the connection point between the Digital LV Infrastructure & Controls Director and field controls, cabling, commissioning, startup, vendor, IT, and operations teams to ensure consistent standards, startup readiness, and integrated systems performance.

Requirements

Senior field leader for low-voltage infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber, telecom, controls integration, and operational technology readiness.
Hands-on leadership for critical digital infrastructure and controls scopes.
Coaching skills for LV, controls, and cabling teams.
Ability to ensure consistent standards, startup readiness, and integrated systems performance.
Willing to travel 75%+
