About The Position

Resource needs to be comfortable on the HW repair side. As were looking for actual FSE support, they need to be experienced having their hands inside the server, replacing parts. They need to have enough experience, where they are confident in their skills to support. Prior Dell FSE experience a HUGE plus. This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN. Requirements

Experienced having their hands inside the server, replacing parts
Confident in their skills to support
Basic Network experience
Experience reading Linux logs
Strong Customer communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well within an onsite team in a dynamic environment
Flexible schedule, including ability to support after hours and/or weekend schedules

Nice To Haves

Nvidia GPU/NIC experience is a plus
Linux cli experience
RoCE network experience
