About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Engineer with a strong background in network operations and system configurations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Arista networking solutions, DNS/DHCP management, Linux and Windows systems, and IPAM/proxy configurations. This role requires a solid understanding of routing and switching, along with the ability to install and configure various systems within a data center environment.

Requirements

• Basic Routing & Switching Knowledge: Solid understanding of fundamental routing and switching concepts.
• Arista Experience: Proven experience with Arista networking equipment, including installation and configuration.
• DNS/DHCP Experience: Hands-on experience with configuring and managing DNS and DHCP services.
• Linux Installation & Configuration: Proficient in installing and configuring Linux operating systems.
• Windows Installation & Configuration: Experience in installing and configuring Windows operating systems.
• IPAM/Proxy Experience: Familiarity with IP Address Management (IPAM) and proxy server configuration.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data center network infrastructure, including basic routing and switching.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Arista network devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Perform installation and configuration of Linux and Windows operating systems, ensuring they meet the operational requirements of the data center.
• Configure and manage DNS and DHCP services, ensuring reliable network communication and efficient IP address management.
• Oversee IP Address Management (IPAM) and proxy server configurations to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring high availability.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, system setups, and troubleshooting procedures.
