Requirements

Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits, and test equipment
Experience using digital multimeters and other diagnostic tools
Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume setting
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalent skills)

Nice To Haves

Technical certificate or associate degree in electronics preferred

Responsibilities

Test electronic and electromechanical assemblies to meet quality and workmanship standards
Troubleshoot and repair issues at the subassembly level
Perform functional testing using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment
Take voltage measurements and analyze results
Use interactive software for testing and diagnostics
Accurately document test results, repairs, and quality findings
Follow customer specifications, ISO standards, and internal procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment
