About The Position

As a Data Center Commissioning Project Manager at Big Sky Operations, you will be instrumental in leading the commissioning process for data centers and other mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all systems are installed, tested, and functioning according to design specifications and client requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in executing and leading the commissioning process or a related field.
• Experience leading large-scale data center or critical infrastructure projects (4 MW+ facilities)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commissioning process for data centers and critical infrastructure projects.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and testing to verify system performance and compliance with design specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the commissioning process.
