We are hiring entry-level cable technicians to support the build-out of a large-scale data center campus. This role serves as an entry point into telecommunications or data center work, offering hands-on training, work alongside experienced technicians, and the opportunity to learn skills that lead to long-term careers in telecom, data centers, and IT infrastructure. You will work with a structured team completing entry-level infrastructure tasks across the data center, including installing cable trays, ladder rack, building and organizing server racks, pulling cable and fiber, learning to terminate and punch down cabling, routing and dressing cables, assisting with grounding and low-voltage work, reading basic drawings, and following instructions. Training and supervision are provided, and you will learn about telecom color codes, data center construction, blueprint reading, cable management, job site safety, and how to grow into higher-level technician roles. These skills are transferable across the industry nationwide.
