The Data Center Business Operations Manager is responsible for building, implementing, and continuously improving the operating frameworks, processes, and services that enable the business to operate consistently and effectively across locations and functions. This role owns the development of enterprise-level business operations standards, including processes, procedures, governance, taxonomy, naming conventions, documentation standards, tools, and operating expectations that Project Managers and business teams use across the organization. The Business Operations Manager partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate functions to translate company requirements into practical processes that meet the needs of the business and can be effectively implemented at the site and functional level. The Business Operations Manager also leads the development and management of Workplace Services programs that require consistency and coordination across the organization, including vehicle fleet, uniforms, transportation services, culinary programs, and other shared operational services. The Business Operations Manager establishes the program strategy, standards, processes, and expectations, while onsite Project Managers and local teams are responsible for implementing and managing those programs at the site level. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution: designing scalable enterprise processes, partnering with corporate functions, building operational programs, and ensuring those programs can be successfully implemented in the field.
