This role is for a seasoned, visionary engineering leader to join the Silicon Engineering team as an Engineering Program Manager. The individual will be the driving force behind the development and delivery of world-class Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) IPs for Apple's most advanced custom SoCs, setting technical and program direction from early architecture through mass production. This high-impact position involves leading complex, multi-generational IP programs for Apple's consumer devices and large-scale data center infrastructure, collaborating with and influencing top engineering talent. Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
• 10+ years relevant experience
• Track record of experience in any one of the following: Analog-mixed-signal (AMS) IP design OR Product development/program management/project management in AMS space OR Design engineering management in AMS space

Nice To Haves

• Extensive hands-on design expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs across multiple technology nodes
• Proven leadership in delivering high-reliability AMS IPs for data center infrastructure at scale
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi-generational IP roadmaps in alignment with product strategy and business objectives
• Established track record of executive-level influence and stakeholder management across large, matrixed organizations
• Deep expertise in advanced EDA tools, IP development methodologies, and SoC integration across cutting-edge technology nodes for both consumer and data center platforms
• History of proactive risk management and real-time crisis leadership in high-complexity, high-visibility programs with direct executive accountability

Responsibilities

• Set technical and program direction for Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) IPs from early architecture through mass production
