About The Position

Design and deliver data architectures that power the future of wealth and asset management. The Role As a Data Architect at Capco, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering data strategies and architectures for leading wealth and asset management clients. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions that enable advanced analytics, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect within wealth and asset management or broader financial services
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration patterns
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • This role requires fully bilingual proficiency in French and English - written and verbal. French is required to support clients in Quebec, and English is used for collaboration across Capco’s global organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with regulatory data frameworks in wealth and asset management
  • Knowledge of data governance tools and frameworks (e.g., Collibra, Alation)
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming technologies
  • Experience delivering data solutions in consulting environments
  • Relevant certifications in cloud or data architecture

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise-level data architectures aligned with business and technology strategies
  • Lead data modeling, data governance, and data integration initiatives across complex environments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Support cloud data platform implementations (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with data regulations, security standards, and best practices within financial services
