About The Position

This role involves participating in classroom training to deepen knowledge in professional skills, banking, and fintech concepts. The associate will learn the core business activities of a commercial & consumer bank and complete projects within assigned tracks, collaborating across Data-Analytics, Technology, and Transformation organizations. The position focuses on working on transformational projects aligned with strategic objectives, following best practices for coding, testing, documentation, and security, and developing data-driven presentations. Under management direction, the associate will learn project management and analyze, organize, and use data & insights to support decision making.

• Academic or internship-based knowledge of databases, web services, cloud computing, security and project management.

Nice To Haves

• 0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience supporting Transformation, Technology or Data organization.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, or machine learning is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies such as Git, Agile, or Scrum.

Responsibilities
