About The Position

Family Futures’ mission is to shape a community in which all children are supported to reach their full potential. Our geographic focus is primarily Kent County with some services extending into other communities. We help children ages 0 through 5 by supporting parents, providing connections to resources and programs, and offering ways to monitor and enhance early childhood development. Requirements

Experience with WordPress
Experience with HTML
Experience with CSS
Experience with Javascript and related libraries
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Detail oriented
At least 15 hours per week

Nice To Haves

Experience with WordPress Divi theme builder
Experience with PHP
Experience with SQL

Responsibilities

Work specifically with the Family Futures website, rebuilding, optimizing, and updating under the supervision of the Business Intelligence Manager.
Perform other data and technology tasks that support our staff and programs.
Write PHP/HTML/CSS/Javascript code.
Create WordPress child theme(s).
Create WordPress functions/plugins.
Archive current and past website assets.
