About The Position

The University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock, Arkansas, is accepting applications for a Data and Reporting Specialist. University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College provides access to high-quality education that promotes student learning and enables individuals to develop to their fullest potential. This is a two-year grant-funded position that will work with a variety of applications to produce reliable, accurate, and dependable information to assist the college in making data-informed recommendations on matters including student success and program viability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required in an appropriate area of specialization, with emphasis in data analytics and/or information management
Advanced experience working with large datasets in Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and analytical capabilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team toward common goals, and to coordinate efforts and collaborate with a variety of individuals
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated track record of compiling and presenting data for grants
Experience working with State or Federal Workforce agencies

Responsibilities

Utilize Excel to extract, compile, analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data-related issues clearly and succinctly to various audiences
Performs data extraction, analysis and reporting
Collaborates with stakeholders on data and technical needs
Assures the confidentiality of data, including sensitive information related to students, faculty, and staff
Other duties as assigned
