About The Position

Ruby's Place dba Restorative Pathways (RP) is an innovative nonprofit committed to ending domestic violence, human trafficking, and violent crime through hope, advocacy and connection. Our services include emergency shelter, transitional housing, rental subsidies, mental health services, substance recovery, and wrap-around services. All our services are trauma-sensitive and client-centered and are provided at no cost to our clients. All programs are low barrier. RP is led by survivors with a focus on reflection, innovation, and connection. We believe in fostering relationships, both in our direct service work and throughout our internal work culture. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Interested in processing data for a nonprofit service agency
  • Experienced in working in a mission-driven organization and in a capacity where information is sensitive in nature
  • Able to work closely with staff throughout all agency departments
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within established timeframes
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity with data and comply with victims services laws
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically
  • Able to complete a background check, fingerprinting (Live Scan), and completion of all Community Care Licensing requirement documents
  • Able to meet all licensing requirements of Community Care Licensing

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HMIS strongly preferred
  • Experience with survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, or violent crime
  • Lived experience or direct experience working with survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, or violent crime

Responsibilities

  • Data entry into specified data systems for reporting requirements
  • Routinely complete monthly reports, maintaining organization and documentation practices
  • Assist the Associate Director of Data and Reporting in reporting duties
  • Verify and edit data as needed as part of regular maintenance
  • Follow up with staff regarding any irregularities or missing information
  • Assist System Administrator with quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting requirements including narrative writing, data entry, and communication with staff
  • Assist staff with data system accounts and facilitate trainings on data system processes
  • Log incomplete or missing items for correction by staff as needed
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures
  • Adhere to agency technology guidelines as well as legal and regulatory standards
  • Actively participate in meetings with supervisor
  • Attend all mandatory meetings including all staff meetings, team meetings and others as requested by the supervisor
  • Complete functional timesheets by assigned due dates in compliance with time allocations
  • Actively participate in reflective supervision sessions
  • Other duties as assigned
