About The Position

The Data and Performance Analyst supports data-driven program management through the development of dashboards, performance measures, management reports, data controls, and decision-support products. The position integrates information from multiple sources to provide accurate, concise, and actionable insights that support operational and executive decision-making.

Requirements

Four years of data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or program performance experience.
Experience integrating information from multiple sources.
Ability to produce concise, exception-based management reporting.
Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards, performance measures, and management reports to monitor program performance.
Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive and actionable insights.
Develop concise, exception-based reporting that highlights key trends, variances, risks, and areas requiring management attention.
Establish and maintain data controls, validation processes, and quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop decision-support products, visualizations, and analytical tools for management and executive leadership.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, concise reports and presentations.
Collaborate with program, operational, and functional stakeholders to identify reporting and data requirements.
Monitor performance against established measures, goals, and objectives and provide recommendations based on findings.
Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, reporting processes, and performance measures.
Identify opportunities to improve data integration, reporting efficiency, and business intelligence capabilities.
