About The Position

The Senior Manager – Data and Analytics at Wild Fork Foods will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analytics and insights professionals. This role involves developing and executing a data and analytics roadmap aligned with the company's business priorities and IT strategy. The position requires evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving analytical processes, reporting tools, AI capabilities, and BI infrastructure to enhance clarity, efficiency, and scalability. A key aspect of this role is promoting a data-informed culture by advocating for the effective use of data and structured problem-solving methodologies in daily decision-making. The manager will partner with IT and business leaders to prioritize initiatives based on value, effort, and organizational readiness, and establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and appropriate access. This role also oversees data integration across enterprise systems and engages with strategic leaders and the C-suite to evangelize data & AI best practices. Driving the adoption of analytics tools and platforms, including automation and AI, is crucial for enabling data-driven decision-making and forecasting. Establishing best practices for analytics methodologies, insight generation, and knowledge sharing across the organization is also a core responsibility.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy or analytics roles — ideally with a background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth technology companies.
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of experience directly leading technical teams, including software development.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information systems, Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience working with data & AI products.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to craft compelling, data-backed narratives that influence business and technical stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Deep analytical fluency, comfortable operating across SQL, Python/R, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools to independently interrogate data and generate insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven experience in relationship building and partnering. Must work well in both team and individual settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of turning data and insights into actionable plans.
  • Advanced project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modelling, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven experience applying statistical modelling and machine learning techniques in production.
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms, such as GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.

  • Experience in CPG, retail, food & beverage, or other consumer-focused industries is strongly preferred.
