About The Position

A mission-driven performance marketing agency is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. This role is centered on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that help teams make smarter decisions and improve campaign performance. You’ll work closely with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, improve reporting systems, and support strategic marketing decisions through data. This is a remote role, paid in USD, with compensation based on experience and scope.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience
  • Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills
  • Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate
  • Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments
  • Native or near-native English fluency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in higher education marketing
  • Experience with Paid Media or SEO performance reporting
  • Exposure to CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives
  • Experience managing analysts, contractors, or analytics resources
  • Agency experience supporting multiple client accounts
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics or statistical analysis techniques
