Data & Analytics Leader
About The Position
We are seeking a business-first leader to drive growth for Jade Global’s Data & Analytics Service Line , focusing on Snowflake, Databricks, AI, BI, and Managed Services . Primary Objective: Deliver $15M+ annual influenced and direct revenue within 12–18 months through offerings development, partner-led GTM, and pre-sales leadership. Business Growth Focus: Build industry-specific offerings for Hi-Tech, HLS, and Manufacturing sectors Drive partner-sourced pipeline leveraging Snowflake and Databricks alliances Expand net-new logos and upsell analytics services within existing accounts Delivery Scope: Initially, delivery continues under existing onshore/offshore leads In the future, this role may assume leadership of delivery teams as the practice scales (confidential) Billability Expectation: Target 25–50% strategic billability in the first year to ensure cost efficiency and client-facing engagement.
