About The Position

As a Data Analytics Expert, you know that understanding a client’s data challenges is the first step to building a modern, insight‑driven organization. Your ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, practical guidance—combined with deep expertise in cloud data platforms—positions you to empower users at every skill level. We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients build confidence, capability, and long‑term success in their data analytics journey. As an experienced Data Analytics professional at Booz Allen, you’ll play a hands‑on role in enabling users to effectively leverage Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and modern ETL frameworks. You’ll design and deliver tailored training experiences—including one‑on‑one coaching, large‑group workshops, white‑glove onboarding sessions, and ongoing customer enablement programs—to help teams understand not just how to use analytics tools, but how to apply them to real business problems. Working alongside a team of specialists, you’ll also support the development and optimization of scalable data pipelines and distributed data processing workflows. You’ll ensure data quality, governance, and integration across enterprise sources, while teaching users how to work confidently and independently within these environments. Leveraging your business intelligence expertise, you’ll guide clients in creating meaningful dashboards, reports, and analytical models. You’ll champion best practices and help technical and non‑technical stakeholders adopt cloud‑native analytics tools, modernize their data environments, and build a culture of data-driven decision making. Requirements

3+ years of experience in an IT role supporting enterprise users and technical environments
2+ years of experience with Azure data and analytics technologies, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI
2+ years of experience facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and engaging stakeholders
2+ years of experience with white-glove and high-tech or high-touch support
2+ years of experience clearly conveying technical information to both technical and non technical audiences
Experience delivering technical training, including cloud migration training and user enablement
Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), quick reference guides, and training materials
Experience with cloud migration activities within a Microsoft Azure environment
Public Trust HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with analytic tools to measure article performance, deflection rates, and usage metrics
Experience analyzing ticket trends and proposing knowledge gaps or process improvement
Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities
