Our structured program offers client-facing projects to strengthen your leadership and team-building skills. This is a stipend internship for approximately 14 weeks. High-performing individuals have received a job offer for a paid position post-completion of their internship.

Requirements

Master’s candidates in a related field (Data Science/Data Analytics and Visualization/Computer Science).
Maintain a 3.0+ GPA.
Be self-directive, team-oriented, with projects proven to illustrate attention to detail.
One direct experience in HR/OD, or IO/Psychology, or data analytics role.
Proficient in any 3 of the following skills: Advanced Excel (Data Cleaning, Structure, etc.), 1 Year Experience in Applied Statistics (R, SPSS, SAAS, or similar), 1 Year Experience in Data Analytics (Python, SQL), 1 Year Experience in Machine Learning (Predictive Modeling, Natural Language Processing), 1 Year Experience in Data Visualization.
