About The Position

Join our Data, Analytics, & AI Consulting team for 10 weeks of hands-on learning, professional development, and client exposure. You’ll gain real-world experience in how data shapes business decisions—building a foundation in analytics tools, business intelligence, and consulting practices. We’re looking for curious, motivated students with a passion for data, problem-solving, and learning how analytics can drive smarter decisions. If that’s you, this program will give you a front-row seat to a consulting career.

Requirements

  • Projected Fall 2027 or 2028 graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, MIS, Computer Science, or Information Technology related field.
  • Strong interest in data, analytics, AI and consulting.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to SQL, BI tools, Python, and any experience working with big data and data manipulation tools as well as knowledge or desire to work in cloud platforms.
  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in business requirements sessions with executives and project teams.
  • Assist with key phases of the project life cycle—from requirements through delivery.
  • Learn how consultants tackle real-world business challenges and design data-driven solutions.
  • Gain exposure to leading data technologies used for planning, reporting, and analytics.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, with the chance to see your work applied to active projects.
  • Create and present a capstone presentation to firm leadership at the end of your internship.
