Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, demand forecasting, inventory management, supply chain, or a related field required
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Ability to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and business opportunities within data
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical sales, inventory, and operational data to support accurate demand forecasting
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytical tools
  • Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and sales teams to align inventory forecasts and business priorities
  • Take ownership of forecasting processes and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Lead follow-ups with cross-functional teams to maintain accountability and project momentum
  • Analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency
