About The Position

Data Analysts/Data Scientists Talent Pool for upcoming assignments Remote, Work-from-Home Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain Secret Clearance. @Orchard LLC is anticipating a need for several Data Analysts & Data Scientists to support the Federal Government on several remote assignments. Our objective is to identify qualified and interested prospects so that we are ready to react rapidly as needs arise. You will need to be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a clearance.

Requirements

• Experience in data analytics, data science, and/or software development roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical execution ability
• Ability to operate effectively in client-facing consulting environments
• Experience supporting federal or regulated environments
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or advanced analytics
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• API development and system integration
• Familiarity with data governance, auditability, and secure data handling

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical models, forecasts, and statistical analyses
• Build reusable datasets and semantic layers
• Translating complex data into decision-support insights
• Apply tools like Python/R for modeling and analysis
• Deliver client-facing data solutions in federal environments
• Translate business needs into production-grade technical systems
• Operate in Agile teams and support the full delivery lifecycle
• Develop audit-ready documentation, SOPs, and technical artifacts
• Contribute to Iberia’s internal platforms, accelerators, and innovation
