About The Position

Glint Tech Solutions is looking for a skilled Data Analyst with Healthcare Payor experience to support a Provider Data Transformation project involving Salesforce migration and healthcare data integrations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading client.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Minimum 1 year of Healthcare Payor industry experience
• Strong experience with Databricks and Tableau
• Hands-on experience with Python OR Salesforce
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and business metrics
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with FACETS
• Knowledge of healthcare provider/payor data integrations
• Understanding of NPI (National Provider Identifier) and healthcare workflows

Responsibilities

• Analyze and extract healthcare payor data for reporting and migration activities
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior leadership review
• Work with large datasets to support Salesforce integration initiatives
• Develop data-driven insights and technical solutions to improve data accessibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on provider enrollment, claims, and benefits data
