About The Position

In this role, you’ll help turn survey data into accurate, decision-ready cross-tabulations, working with smart, kind people who love turning human insights into clear stories, stronger decisions, and better customer experiences. This role is open to candidates based in Canada, with a remote working model designed to support connection, focused work, and real life outside of work. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience preparing, transforming, and tabulating market research survey data, plus a university or college degree or graduate certificate in market research, analytics, statistics, economics, social sciences, or another field involving research methods and data analysis.
  • Hands-on proficiency with SPSS and WinCross, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and experience working with survey datasets and producing cross-tabulations.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach when working with local and remote teammates and research stakeholders.
  • A proactive, curious approach to change and ambiguity, with the judgment to test new ideas responsibly, evaluate their impact, and continuously improve data analysis workflows.
  • The ability to prioritize high-impact work, manage competing deadlines, stay organized, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality outputs in a fast-moving environment.
  • Accountability for goals and deliverables, with the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively as part of a team, and bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset as priorities evolve.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with questionnaires, table specifications, banners, filters, and weighting is an asset.
  • Experience working in market research or public opinion research is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate, well-formatted cross-tabulations from survey data using WinCross, SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools; review questionnaires and tabulation plans, clarify requirements, and deliver accurate outputs.
  • Complete rigorous quality checks on survey data and tables, investigate discrepancies, collaborate to resolve issues, and advise researchers on how to structure and interpret analysis outputs across different survey methods and designs.
  • Plan and prioritize work in ClickUp, track output, and improve turnaround time, accuracy, and productivity by testing AI and emerging tools, recommending process improvements, supporting new tool rollouts, and maintaining training and process documentation.
