About The Position

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst in Plano, TX. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office. The position involves supporting agile delivery, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), building dashboards, and enabling automation and self-service impact. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in analytics or operations, or an MBA, along with strong skills in Excel and Power BI. Hands-on experience with agentic tools and an interest in Generative AI (GenAI) and automation are also important.

Requirements

• MBA (Analytics/Tech/AI) OR 2-4 years in Consulting/Analytics/Ops.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Hands-on agentic tools experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in GenAI, automation, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support agile ceremonies and delivery tracking.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as ticket deflection, adoption, resolution time, and cost savings.
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Translate technical work into executive-ready outputs.
• Identify workflow gaps and propose automation improvements.
