About The Position

Our team is seeking a Data Analyst in the Lincoln market to turn complex numbers into actionable reports by designing, implementing and optimizing data systems and applications. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for automation and enhanced reporting while managing and optimizing key business systems such as Procore, Egnyte, HH2, and Sage 300 CRE. Youll build dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel, develop efficient automation workflows with Power Automate and PowerShell, and support seamless data integration across multiple platforms. Additionally, you will lead AI initiatives to drive innovation and play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving existing tools and systems. Were looking for a candidate with experience in Power BI, Power Automate, and PowerShell, along with strong skills in Excel and SQL. A solid understanding of database relationships and hands-on scripting experience are essential for success in this role. You should also have excellent communication skills, as youll be working closely with various teams across the organization. Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
