About The Position

Data should drive decisions, not sit in dashboards. This role works across Finance, Sales, and Marketing to provide visibility into performance and help guide decision-making. You’ll own reporting and analytics across the business, building dashboards, working with large datasets, and partnering with stakeholders to understand what’s driving results. This is a hands-on role with a strong execution focus, but you’ll also be expected to go beyond reporting and help teams understand what the data means. You’re a detail-oriented Data Analyst who enjoys working with both data and people. You’re comfortable building dashboards, working with large datasets, and ensuring data accuracy. You don’t just deliver reports, you take the time to understand the business context and explain insights clearly. You’re reliable, organized, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve reporting and data processes.
