The PBM Consumer Analytics team is responsible for data analytics to identify impact to members from Pharmacy Benefit changes, the output of which is used to communicate these changes to members. This role will support building and analyzing the data and working with cross functional teams. This role will be an SME within the team, assisting development work and strategy. Hours: Monday-Friday - Flexible - Normal Business based on where the candidate is located You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with SQL (intermediate SQL skills)
  • 2+ years of experience building and analyzing data utilizing analytical tools
  • 1+ years of experience with Databricks, Snowflake or other business intelligence tools
  • Experience working with standard business applications, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with business requirements to drive data analysis/ interpretation/application
  • Experience communicating with Marketing, Business and IT leaders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing analytic workflows in Databricks
  • Experience with Azure environment
  • Possess a balance of analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, while being focused on producing and executing high quality analytics
  • Experience with pharmacy benefits and claims data

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes pharmacy benefit data to identify members affected by upcoming changes and generates outbound communications
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
