Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a Data Analyst to enhance data quality, structure, and analytical processes throughout the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring reliable reporting and improving decision-making, particularly for finance, demand planning, commercial teams, and operations. The individual will manage data flow between systems, identify data gaps and inefficiencies, and develop scalable datasets and reporting infrastructure. As Hourglass expands, accurate and reliable data is fundamental for planning, resource allocation, and effectively serving both retail and direct-to-consumer channels. In the initial 90 days, the analyst will gain a thorough understanding of Hourglass's data landscape, pinpoint critical data quality issues, and establish trust with Finance, Demand Planning, Commercial Sales, and IT. Within six months, they are expected to improve the reliability of key reports and begin automating and documenting routine processes.
