About The Position

The Intelligence and Security Associates (ISA) is a Virginia-based SBA certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Requirements

Proven experience in analyzing data and identifying trends.
Experience using statistical methods and tools.
Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
Experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation.
Ability to handle large datasets and identify data quality issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present data findings in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in creating reports and presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
Understanding of business principles and practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into data analysis projects.
Experience in providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Knowledge of database design and management.
Experience writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
Understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
Experience in applying statistical techniques to data analysis.
Must have at least an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a clearance at the TS/SCI level.
Must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status upon hiring.
Must uphold and maintain trustworthiness and suitability requirements of the U.S. federal government.

Nice To Haves

Preference will be given to those who have an active TS/SCI clearance.
A master's degree in a related field is preferred.
New graduates with relevant internship experience will work well in entry-level roles.
For senior levels, certification and relevant experience in a managerial position is an added advantage.
