About The Position

This role focuses on data profiling and analysis, utilizing Microsoft Purview for data governance, and working with business teams to define business terms and data rules. The position also involves supporting data standardization efforts across systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, a good communicator, and willing to learn. Key responsibilities include running basic data profiling to check data quality, documenting findings, and preparing data quality reports. The role also involves using Microsoft Purview for data governance activities such as registering data assets and maintaining the data catalog, as well as understanding how data is used by business teams, drafting definitions for business terms and data rules, and keeping the business glossary updated. Additionally, the role supports efforts to standardize data formats and naming conventions.

Requirements

Graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or any related field.
Understanding of Group Insurance data domains
Basic understanding of data concepts (databases, tables, data types).
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
Exposure to SQL.
Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking.
Good communicator — able to ask the right questions and explain things clearly.
Willing to learn new tools and processes with guidance.
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a team
Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in data informatics or data analysis.
