About The Position

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA. The role involves BI Development and Designing of key dashboards for marketing and the enterprise as a whole. The Data Analyst will understand business context and leverage data to solve business problems, working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs. A key aspect of the role is promoting BI & Data Analytics for the entire enterprise and partnering with IT to ensure Production reports are executed with no gaps, owning reporting and support. The analyst will use data to identify trends that can help other departments, managers and executives make business decisions to modernize and improve processes in the organization.
