About The Position

This position works with the Grant Manager and program staff to collect, review, analyze, and report agency-wide data. Supports data quality, grant reporting, program funding research, monitoring reviews, and special projects related to organizational data and reporting needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and at least three (3) years’ experience in data analytics required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent office administration skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; proficient in MS Excel.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Must have reliable, personal vehicle and a valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and applicable insurance coverage required by the company policy.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze organizational data from multiple sources from the organization, including program activity, service delivery, funding, operations, outcomes, and other key measures, to support accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Compile and organize data needed for grant applications, funder reports, donor updates, monitoring reviews, funding requests, and internal reporting.
  • Assist with data validation, data clean-up, and quality assurance projects to ensure information is accurate, complete, and consistent across systems.
  • Develop and generate reports from single or multiple systems to support Donor Relations, grants, program leadership, and organizational decision-making.
  • Analyze service trends, funding-related data, program activity, demographics, and outcomes to help communicate organizational needs and impact.
  • Prepare clear data summaries, tables, charts, and reports that can be used in proposals, reports, presentations, and stewardship materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality of participant, donor, funder, and organizational information in accordance with agency guidelines.
  • Communicate report details, trends, data issues, and key findings to the Grant Manager and appropriate staff as needed.
  • Assist with meal delivery when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
