About The Position

As a Data Analyst at Peoples State Bank, you'll seamlessly blend your technical expertise with your keen interpersonal skills to turn data into actionable insights that inform and solve business problems. You'll be responsible for the entire data lifecycle, from collecting and cleaning to analyzing and interpreting, all with the goal of identifying trends and patterns that empower our decision-making processes. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
Ability to clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
Ability to identify and solve data-related issues.
Ability to use complex query statements and advanced database tools.
Experience with writing financial reports using common report writing utilities.
Excellent communication skills.

Background in financial services.
Experience in Jack Henry Silverlake suite of products.
