About The Position

As a Data Analyst at Truemed, you will sit at the intersection of data and decision-making, turning raw inputs into the reporting and analysis that keeps the business moving. You will build insightful dashboards, drive KPI clarity, and deliver ad hoc analyses that GTM and Operations teams rely on to make decisions. You are turning data into actionable insights and decisions. This requires enough technical depth to write SQL and work fluently inside our data stack, combined with the judgment and communication skills to empower our team and drive action. You report to Jordan, Analytics Manager, and work closely with Emily, VP of Finance.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
  • Strong SQL skills. You can independently query, validate, and explore data without engineer support.
  • Strong proficiency with at least one BI tool (Omni, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar). You have built dashboards from scratch that people use to drive decisions.
  • Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively explores data independently to uncover hidden insights and opportunities that drive meaningful business improvements.
  • Enough familiarity with dbt and modern data stack concepts to collaborate effectively with data and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of the business: revenue, merchant performance, transaction volume, and customer metrics.
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses for GTM and Operations teams, translating business questions into clear findings and recommendations.
  • Partner with Jordan and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and execute on analytical projects.
  • Design and maintain datasets and models that empower business teams to self-serve.
  • Use AI tools to move faster, automate repetitive analysis, and spend more time on the work that actually matters.
