The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities

Utilize database management tools to perform data mining and analysis.
Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Analyze data and present findings, trends, and recommendations to management.
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for department leaders.
Conduct data integrity reviews and ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting.
Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Manage relationships with third-party IT and technology service providers.
Participate in corporate strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Ensure all reporting deadlines and deliverables are met in accordance with established timelines.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to data collection, reporting, and analysis.
Consistently act in a manner that reflects positively on the organization and complies with company policies and procedures.
